Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in critical care and a strong background in pediatric respiratory therapy, particularly in a NICU setting.

Responsibilities

Airway management and ventilator management for neonatal patients
Support emergency departments (ED) with respiratory care as needed
Utilize a range of critical equipment including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30
Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff and providers

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 6 months of current NICU respiratory therapy experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NR certification required
Experience in Level III NICU and pediatrics required
Critical and PICU experience preferred
Prior experience with Meditech is a plus
