**Responsibilities:**

• Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services (bathing, dressing, etc.) to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
