Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,000–$2,040 (Based on 40 Hours)

We are actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Billings, Montana for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
