Utilities Supervisor

Reporting to the Director, Global Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for the go-to-market teams across North America. This person will provide full cycle recruiting for all levels of positions in our go-to-market teams and may take on other roles in other groups within the United States and Canada as needed. Job Description Proactively identify qualified diverse talent utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools including LinkedIn. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers. Source passive candidates. Review resumes and conduct phone screens. Submit candidates to hiring managers, discuss candidates’ qualification via frequent search update meetings. Liaise with other Human Resources staff including business partners, operations, and compensation. Negotiate offers. Ensure proper input and tracking of searches within the Workday Recruiting system. Network with recruiting organizations and other industry recruiters. Investigate ways to reach the best talent in more diverse populations. Stay abreast of current trends within asset management, human resources and recruiting. Qualifications *** Experience recruiting and sourcing Institutional Sales and/or External Wholesalers in the Financial Services space is the ideal candidate *** 5+ years recruiting experience in the financial services industry preferred, recruitment experience in professional services will be considered. 5+ years recruiting for sales roles including internal and external sales preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in creatively sourcing for diverse, passive candidates and identifying qualifications quickly. Excellent sales skills in attracting the best talent and the ability to share compelling reasons for why a candidate would want to consider a new opportunity with our client. Strong interviewing skills using creative probing questions to seek out qualifications and culture add. Ability to communicate directly, effectively, and frequently, over the phone, in person, and in writing, with strong follow-up skills. Detailed organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and raise issues as necessary. Idea generation to improve processes and promote more creative ways to recruit the right talent. Strong presentation skills with the ability to represent tight messaging and be persuasive in delivery. Experience with recruiting systems and software - experience with Workday Recruiting a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr NPAworldwide
$100 - $125 per hour
...equivalent field experience preferred. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or coating inspection experience is a plus. Experience with utility, EPC, or renewable energy transmission projects preferred.
