Benefits Operations Manager: Process & Compliance Lead

Pioneer Bank in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day workflows of the employee benefits division, ensure accurate processing of health and welfare plans, and maintain industry compliance. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Vice President of Employee Benefits and requires strong leadership, Excel proficiency, and experience with Applied Epic and Employee Navigator.
