Supply Chain Operations Supervisor - 1st Shift

Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse Prepare schedules Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy Adhere to the GXO 7S program Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments Implement continuous improvement action plans Maintain a clean environment Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed Requirements 2 years of relevant work experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience with computerized scanner equipment Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred) 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred) Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred) Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments Conditional-offer recipients may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test Must comply with GXO policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state and local COVID safety requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills in warehouse operations, with a focus on training, performance improvement, and adherence to quality standards.
