The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales. As a Sales Caller, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have inquired about our digital marketing services.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Effectively communicate our digital marketing services, answering questions, addressing concerns, and highlighting the benefits to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring up-to-date notes and feedback.
• Manage your time efficiently to meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets.
• Demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism while engaging with prospects.
• Update and maintain client information and progress in our CRM system.
• Be open to feedback and continuously improve your approach to sales calls.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Proven success in sales calling and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
• Energetic, friendly, and engaging personality.
• Passion for sales and helping clients find solutions.
• Digital marketing experience or understanding preferred.
• Strong time management and productivity focus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
