Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology in Saginaw, MI

Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Saginaw, MI Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care, with a caseload typically distributed as 70% solid tumor and 30% hematology. Collaborate effectively within a team of four physicians (including three Medical Oncologists and one dedicated Hematologist). Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including linear accelerators and specialized brachytherapy equipment. Lead a dedicated support team consisting of a medical assistant and clinic RN, augmented by two inpatient Nurse Practitioners who cover the group. Engage with Epic EMR for all clinical documentation. Participate in emerging research partnerships and clinical programs focused on advancing cancer care. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Hematology is required. Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Medical Oncology is required. Must hold a Michigan medical license or be willing to obtain one. A DEA certificate must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions). CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions). Must provide the most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within 30 days) at the time of presentation. This position is open to new graduates (mentorship available) and experienced candidates. H-1B visa candidates may be considered; J-1 waivers are not being accepted at this time. What We Offer Guaranteed base salary: $525,000 - $625,000 based on MGMA standards, training, and experience. Two-year salary guarantee followed by an RVU-based productivity model. Sign-on bonus: $50,000. Relocation assistance: $15,000 (if applicable). Potential for productivity bonuses.
