The RN will provide nursing support in a hybrid capacity, both field, office and remote as needed covering programs in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland and Atlantic County.Salary:Starts at $37.23 - $38.46/hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)What Devereux Looks For In YouResponsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual.Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day only and residential programs identified as high risk.Review all dietary changes for day only and residential programs.Conduct specialized training for new hire orientations, boot camp classes and on-going as needed.Review medications charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home.Assisting group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed.Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received.You deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you!Devereux is proud to offer ASCEND – the first career accelerator program exclusively designed to give behavioral healthcare workers the career guidance, one-on-one coaching, skills and financial assistance you need to reach your full potential. This program includes 100% of tuition covered for undergraduate, graduate and student loan repayment, among other benefits!QualificationsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.One year of nursing experience preferred, but New Grads will also be considered.Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.Have a strong passion for working with and helping adults with special needs.Comfortable traveling to different group homes.Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
