What You Will Do Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems. Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines. Complete residential installations (fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.) to code and company standards. Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues. Clearly explain problems, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner. Provide accurate estimates and document all work performed. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in customers’ homes and on job sites. Participate in on‑call or emergency service rotations as needed. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, or safety and recommend upgrades when appropriate. What You Will Bring 2+ years of residential plumbing or service experience. Valid plumbing license or apprentice/journeyman certification (Apprentice Sponsorships Available!). Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective, long‑term solutions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. Comfortable working in a variety of residential settings, including tight or confined spaces. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks. Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
