As a Staffing Consultant, you will understand our client's needs and develop staffing strategies to hire the quality candidates Ro Health is known for and then manage them while on assignment. Job Responsibilities Develop and Manage Advertising Campaigns Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates Wage Negotiation Manage Healthcare Providers Staffing and Scheduling Healthcare Providers Manage Provider Payroll and Timesheets Grow and Manage Client Accounts Collaborate on New Initiatives for Growth Attend Networking Events Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution (Business Related Preferred) Leadership Experience Compensation Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k base annual compensation guarantee) Expected 1st Year Compensation: $62k - $67k Quarterly Bonuses!
