Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop a comprehensive treatment strategy for our clients.
\n
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through synchronous live video sessions, focusing on individual adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety and depression.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and other metrics to evaluate client progress, enabling you to adapt treatment plans effectively as needed.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, minimizing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on client care.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations and receive support from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are diverse, with varying backgrounds and presenting issues. You will focus on adults dealing with emotional crises, such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, PTSD, and other significant mental health challenges. Your ability to provide culturally competent care will be paramount in developing rapport and effectively addressing the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• An active and independent mental health license in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC), with additional state licenses viewed as a strong asset.

• At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
\n
• Must have a strong commitment to providing holistic and culturally responsive care to a diverse client population.

• Proficiency in the use of technology and digital solutions to enhance clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
