Position Title - Student Assistant

Student Status - Work Study Required- You are required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Work Location - Springfield Campus

Department - Dean of Students Office

Hiring Range - $15.00/hr.

Sponsorship Information - Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours - Specific hours needed Tuesday 12:00 - 2:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

How many hours per week are required? - 10-12

Description of Primary Duties - This position will primarily greet visitors and answer telephones. Additional duties will be assisting with scanning documents and special projects as requested by departmental staff.

Required Qualifications - Current student enrolled for fall 2026 semester. Ability to work the specific posted hours. Familiar with Microsoft office applications.
