About the Role:

As a technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of Ford vehicles serviced at our dealership. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive systems with precision and efficiency. You will work closely with service advisors and other team members to deliver timely and high-quality service, contributing to the dealership's reputation for excellence. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with evolving automotive technologies and Ford-specific systems. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent technical certification.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ford-specific training or certification.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
• Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electronic issues accurately.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide detailed information on vehicle conditions and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership and industry standards.
