Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per-DIem (Flexible Scheduling Available)
Compensation: Competitive Pay ($17.00 - $19.00/hour) + Weekly Pay (GUARANTEED 30 HOURS PER WEEK!) + Paid Orientation
What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with personal care needs , including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders
• Support mobility and daily living activities , including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping , including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support , fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, client-centered care

What You Will Have:

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
