• Daily Schedule : Coverage is required from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility up to 5 hours daily
• Shifts and Hours : Variable hours per day; no guaranteed daily minimum

Key Requirements:

• Licensure : Must have an active MT license and a license in the state of practice location if out-of-state
• Certification : Board certification in Neurology is required
• Practice Setting : Fully remote telehealth position
• Experience : Fellowship-trained neurologists preferred but not mandatory
• Credentialing : Approximately 30 days needed for credentialing, with temporary privileges available

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Care : Provide tele-neurology consultations and virtual diagnostic services for patients in Montana
• Core Skills Needed :
  • Brain death examinations
  • Thrombolytic therapy
  • EEG, EMG, and NCV testing
  • Lumbar punctures and diagnostic taps
  • Peripheral nerve blocks, Botox administration, and pain management techniques are preferred
• Supervision : No teaching or supervision of residents or advanced practice providers required

Facility and Support Details:

• EMR : Facility uses Epic
• Certifications : Level 2 Trauma and Stroke Certified
• Holidays Observed : This assignment excludes major holiday coverage

• Equipment : Required telehealth equipment will be provided to the provider
