Job Title: Quality Control Associate

Location: Addison, IL (On-site)

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• ( Training on 1st shift for 2–4 weeks )

Pay: $18/hr + shift differential ($18.90–$19.80/hr)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Quality Control Associates to perform inspection and testing of medical packaging products in a cleanroom environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the medical device and healthcare industry , with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspection of products for defects
• Measure materials using rulers/tools (high precision)
• Conduct tests (strength, seal, color checks)
• Complete documentation and labeling
• Report defects to production team
• Pack finished products for shipment

Requirements:

• QC or lab experience (school experience acceptable)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive work and sitting long hours
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Reliable attendance & transportation

Nice to Have:

• Associate degree (Science preferred)
• Cleanroom or GMP experience

Work Environment:

• Cleanroom (PPE required)
• Team-based setting
• Repetitive inspection work
• No phone use in lab

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
