Beacon Hill's client, a boutique full-service law firm located in Los Angeles, is seeking a temp Corporate Associate Attorney. The firm is working on a significant sale transaction for the sale of a business and is seeking an attorney with hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business sale transactions.
