In this role, you will be a key member of the Colocation Portfolio & Asset Management team, and report directly to the Colo CPM Manager. Responsibilities include managing Colocation lifecycle from intake/ QC through lease termination and /or renewal related activities to support the existing and expanding data center portfolio.The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess a high level of financial and colocation acumen and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity. About the teamThe AWS CPM-AMER team consists of regional ownership over Payment Management, Leased Portfolio Management for AMER. Our functions include support for new transactions, management of owned sites, compliance to S&TP and contractual requirements for all real estate and lease payments, and management of critical lease and contract dates. We abstract and manage the contract data for executed real estate and colocation contracts. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
