Project Manager

Our client is a growing development and construction management consulting firm seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, industrial, and tenant improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout phases. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall project performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders. Support project presentations for owners, community stakeholders, and prospective clients. Participate in strategic planning and project pursuit activities. Promote a culture of collaboration, leadership, accountability, and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial development, design, or construction projects. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of development. Experience working with developers, engineering firms, architects, contractors, or owner's representatives. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel periodically to project sites (approximately 15%). Preferred Credentials PMP PE
