Position Overview

We're seeking motivated, customer-obsessed Automotive Sales Associates to join our thriving showroom. In this role, you'll help customers discover their perfect vehicle, create memorable buying experiences, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or eager to launch your career in automotive retail, we provide comprehensive training, cutting-edge tools, and ongoing support to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting and engaging shoppers both in-person and through digital channels with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Listen to customer needs and expertly match them with the right vehicle from our exciting Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram lineup.
• Lead engaging test drives, vehicle walkarounds, and feature demonstrations using the latest product knowledge and technology.
• Guide customers through the buying process smoothly closing deals while maintaining a no-pressure, transparent approach.
• Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups, personalized communication, and exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on new models, features, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and detailing teams to ensure a seamless, one-team customer journey.
• Help maintain a clean, inviting showroom and well-presented vehicle inventory.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred (we provide robust training for motivated career-changers with strong customer service backgrounds).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
• Genuine passion for vehicles and helping people find their ideal drive.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a team-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required we proudly serve Miami's diverse community.
