OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – PEDIATRIC SERVICES

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a well-established, early intervention therapy agency. They offer occupational therapy to children from 0-3 years old.  They are seeking an experienced Certified, Licensed Occupational Therapist who can provide therapy, assessment, and reassessment through home visits. 

This is a 1099 Independent Contract position

• The position requires home visits
• Must have a valid, unexpired NJ Driver’s License and a reliable and insured vehicle
• Able to work minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Additional hours are welcome.
• You can determine the days and hours to provide service

PAY RATE: $95 per hour

  Responsibilities for the Occupational Therapist:  

• Evaluate students’ needs for occupational therapy
• Provide therapy, assessment and reassessment
• Compile daily session notes and track progress
• Evaluate progress reports
• Conduct evaluations and complete treatment plans
• Provide Play-Based Therapy

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:

• Must have an active, valid New Jersey Occupational Therapy License
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Must be willing to make home visits
• Must have a valid, unexpired New Jersey Driver’s License & insured, reliable vehicle
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children who have learning differences
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Bilingual Spanish a plus not a must
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
