HR Recruiter

We are working with one of our premier Investment clients located in downtown Boston on an exciting HR Recruiter position. This role would be primarily recruiting focused with a mix of some HR responsibilities included. It is the perfect position for an experienced corporate recruiter who would like to get additional HR experience with room to learn and growth in all HR areas. Responsibilities: Act as primary Recruiter and lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruiters Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments Work with company leadership to identify the right candidate profiles Oversee the hiring process through the offer stage Manage new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork processes Support HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or HR Talent role Experience working in Financial or Professional Services a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with employee onboarding, HR Ops a plus Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities This role would be Hybrid, with 4 days in office, one day remote.
