Caregiver Specialist

As a Caregiver Specialist with Upscale Home Care, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalized care to our esteemed clients. Our company is dedicated to empowering seniors and veterans to thrive in the comfort of their own homes, and we believe that our Caregiver Specialists are the key to achieving this mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and professional care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Participate in on-call rotation and be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (if required)
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
