Customer Service Representative

Location: O'Fallon, MO (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information regarding products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service experience who are looking for long-term career growth through a contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to incoming telephone calls in a call center environment.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries, complaints, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner.
• Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues while ensuring complete resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support customer needs.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to document and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Support additional teams and process transactions as business needs require.
• Complete assignments and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of call center experience preferred OR retail/customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability to maintain performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Primary shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Training schedule will likely be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
• Flexibility required, as schedules may change based on business needs
• Occasional overtime and Saturday shifts may be required

• 100% onsite position in O'Fallon, MO

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
