Internal Medicine Physician – Full Time
Location: Surprise, AZ

• Full-time Internal Medicine Physician opportunity in a mission-driven outpatient primary care setting

• Adult-only patient population

• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on accessible, patient-centered care

• Manage preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute adult conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• $210,000 – $250,000 annually DOE

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Active Arizona medical license

• Comfortable treating adult patients only

• Strong chronic disease management experience

• EMR/documentation proficiency required
