Quality Assurance SpecialistMaintains quality assurance processes, tests product samples, analyzes/records results data and reports issues that deviate from allowable standards/tolerances. Dunk Tank, Water Wall, CTQ, CFA, NDF, QC Flag Process, NCR, QPS, 5S, Kaizen Continuous Improvement.Performs CTQ Audits using Safety Culture on Tablet PCPerforms CFA Audits using Safety Culture on Tablet PCTrains Operators to comply with No Defect Forward (NDF)Conduct Frame Weld Strength Testing, as requiredPerform all quality testing as required by AAMA specificationsPerform functional and fabrication checks as required by standard practiceReport issues deviating from allowable tolerances.
