Workday HRIS Lead: Strategy, Optimization & Analytics

Vroom is seeking an HRIS Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and maintenance of the HR Information System (Workday) across the organization. This technical role also drives reporting, analytics, and data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions. The role includes mentoring HR Operations and other People & Culture colleagues, providing thought leadership on the HR tech roadmap, and enabling efficient, user-friendly processes in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Vroom
