Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this position plays a key role in recruiting, employee relations, employment law, HR operations, compliance, and HR technology while helping create an outstanding employee experience across the organization.If you're an HR professional who enjoys variety, solving problems, improving processes, and building strong relationships, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a company that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoTalent AcquisitionLead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.Source, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.Prepare offers, coordinate background checks, and manage onboarding activities.Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning initiatives.Human Resources OperationsCoordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR transactions in Paycom.Support benefits administration, leave management, and employment changes.Generate reports and assist with HR metrics and workforce analytics.Employee Relations & ComplianceServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers.Assist with employee relations, coaching documentation, and workplace investigations.Support compliance with employment laws, OSHA, I-9, labor law postings, and company policies.Maintain MVR compliance, LENS administration, and required HR reporting.HR Systems & Process ImprovementHelp administer Paycom and other HR technologies.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance the employee experience.Develop HR procedures, forms, and standard operating practices.Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.Why Join BLACKBURN'S?Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.-Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntarily Life InsurancePaid time off and paid holidays.401(k) with profit sharing.Professional development, continuing education, and certification support.Opportunity to work alongside an experienced HR Director while expanding your HR expertise.Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment.Join a respected, family-owned healthcare company serving Pennsylvania for nearly 90 years.Grow With UsThis position offers far more than traditional HR administration.
