Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthetic Care (PACU) for a travel assignment in Ohio. This role involves working within the Post Anesthetic Care Unit, where you will deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to float between PAA and PACU based on the unit's needs.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Conduct a comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessment of the patient according to established standards
• Participate in establishing a collaborative care plan and communicate it as appropriate
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care based on identified patient goals and outcomes
• Complete all documentation according to established standards
• Assess patient and significant other readiness to learn and implement individualized education plans
• Participate actively in department initiatives and committees
• Provide age-appropriate care and adhere to professional standards

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing OR Compact Nursing Licensure
• 2 years of minimum nursing experience in the specialty area
• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
