Position Highlights Position: Sonographer MFM Location: Evanston, IL Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm Required Travel: Limited Travel Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. What you will do Perform a variety of advanced ultrasound procedures to obstetric specialized diagnostic images for MFM specialty Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout examinations Operate and maintain advanced ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards Adjust imaging parameters to optimize image quality and accuracy, demonstrating proficiency in various scanning techniques Conduct regular quality control checks on ultrasound equipment and maintain records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and image data in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines Ensure the safe use of ultrasound equipment and adherence to safety protocols, including proper disposal of biohazardous materials Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret images, provide input on patient care plans, and assist in clinical decision-making Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology, safety protocols, and clinical best practices through ongoing education and training What you will need American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification preferred Echocardiography Certification preferred AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Benefits Premium pay for eligible employees Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options Tuition Reimbursement Free Parking Wellness Program Savings Plan Health Savings Account Options Retirement Options with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Community Involvement Opportunities EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds.
