Elementary Teacher (Grades 3–4) Community Christian School Location: Community Christian School - Fort Dodge, Iowa Job Type: Full-time Teacher Schedule: School-year position Community Christian School is seeking a caring and motivated Elementary Teacher for Grades 3–4 to join our Christ-centered learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching upper elementary students and supporting both their academic and spiritual growth. Responsibilities Teach core subjects for students in Grades 3–4 Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment Integrate Christian values into daily instruction Assess student progress and communicate with parents Collaborate with staff and participate in school activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field Teaching certification or ability to obtain certification preferred Experience with upper elementary students preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to Christian education and the mission of Community Christian School Faith Requirement A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the mission and values of Community Christian School Ability to model Christian character and integrate faith into classroom instructionApplicant must agree with the school's Statement of Faith.
