RN Licensed Vocational Nurse (Labor and Delivery) in the Irving, TX area. This position requires a skilled healthcare professional to provide patient care in the labor and delivery unit, ensuring safety and quality care during nights. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in obstetric nursing and be prepared to work a 12-hour night shift.

Job Details:

• Location: Irving, TX
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license, active RN license, minimum 2 years of medical experience, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), American Heart Association (AHA) certification, and Facility-specific certifications such as Fetal Monitoring (FM).
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Labor and Delivery (L&D), Meditech experience.

  • Unit staffing includes one technician per shift and one secretary on day shift.

  • Attire: facility-provided scrubs.
  • Dress code requires neat and clean hair, body art to be covered, and visible piercings other than ears to be prohibited.
