We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural WelderpositioninGoose Creek, SCwith one of our Clients in the ShipBuildingIndustry. Qualifications 3-5years ofStructuralWelding experience Shipyardweldingexperience Must be able to passPulse Mig (GMAW-P) in2G, 3G, 4Gpositions 1” thickness with a backgouge Spray in 2G positions¾” thickness2G plate test Flux cored(FCAW)in 2G, 3G, 4G plate test 3/4”thickness with backing Must be able to weld in all 3 positions (horizontal, overhead, and vertical) Performs welding on steel parts and assemblies to required tolerance using welding metals and metal alloys. Determine layouts and weld parts and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications Heating-Oxygen/propane heating torch Air Carbon Arc Gouging Multi pass butt welds Can work in confined spaces and heights Hight School diploma or equivalent and 5 years additional education and /or related experience; Apprentice graduate/associate’s degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience Familiar withOSHAregulations Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test Hours 2nd Shift-3:30pm-12:00am Pay $38Hr, $45 if you pass pulse test $135 Per diem if you qualifyli> #J-18808-Ljbffr
