Join Our Hempler’s and Isernio’s Team as a Sales Account Manager

 

Remote | Must Reside in the Western U.S. 
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

Position Summary: 

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned independent retail, retail chain, convenience, and food service accounts. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships while driving sales, margin, product placement, and overall account performance. The Sales Account Manager manages Hempler’s and Isernio’s product portfolios within assigned accounts, identifies opportunities for growth, and partners with internal teams to support customer needs and company sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage key customer relationships across assigned accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Partner with customers to drive sales, product distribution, and profitability
• Lead pricing, promotional, and account discussions
• Collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Analyze market trends and business performance to uncover opportunities for growth
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Experience managing customer relationships and driving account growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in retail, convenience, foodservice, food manufacturing, or protein categories is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
