Role Overview As a Physician Assistant and commissioned Medical Corps Officer in the Army National Guard, you'll support community, state, and national safety by providing essential medical services. Working alongside physicians, you'll make critical medical decisions, ensuring the health of Soldiers and their families. This role offers unique responsibilities not typically found in civilian healthcare, fostering professional growth and leadership. Responsibilities Support healthcare delivery within the Army National Guard. Collaborate with medical teams to provide quality care. Make critical medical decisions in a dynamic environment. Complete military orientation and training courses. Qualifications & Skills Must meet medical and moral standards for commissioning. U.S. citizen with an accredited degree in a qualifying medical program. Be at least 21 years old; some roles allow up to age 58. Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
