Wound Care RN: Resident Healing Specialist

Haven-Health-Group-1 is hiring a Wound Care Nurse in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires providing resident care following assessments and care plans under the Director of Nursing's supervision. Critical for resident care, the Wound Care Nurse will work with licensed staff to ensure compliance with nursing policies and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess an active RN License, CPR certification, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
