Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This position is scheduled from 06:45 to 19:15.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injuries or illnesses. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized care to individuals recovering from neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques to enhance physical functionality and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and evidence-based care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and exercises for home practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and physical therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
