Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, which involves greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping our clinic organized and running smoothly. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, making it a great fit for those new to healthcare administration as well as experienced front office professionals.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answering phone calls promptly and pleasantly
• Scheduling new and returning patients and maintaining accurate records
• Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations
• Tracking visit counts and authorizations for therapists
• Collecting payments and explaining clinic policies
• Preparing, filing, and maintaining patient charts
• Making appointment reminder calls
• Assisting with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned

Requirements:
