Client Finance Senior Manager - Media & Agency Pricing Full Time 30-39 Hour Montvale, NJ, US Salary Range: $125,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Position Overview The Media Finance Director will provide general finance support through reporting, planning and preparation. This position will primarily be responsible for accurately reporting and forecasting revenue and associated costs while working closely with sales leadership to provide senior management with timely revenue forecasts and KPIs. The role provides the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of an industry-leading point-of-care media business as part of a rapidly growing, innovative company in a dynamic and evolving industry. Essential Job Functions Client Pricing: provide operational pricing support to Finance and Sales teams on customized deals, strategic pricing initiatives and new product development with the goal of maximizing profitability, optimize, streamline and automate pricing processes and procedures, while expanding our capabilities and flexibility to scale in a controlled manner, maintain P&Ls for all client campaigns, both from a pricing and post-sale perspective Client Contract Management: prepare client contracts/SOWs to include all campaign parameters and Health Monitor terms and conditions, review agency orders and contracts prior to acceptance to ensure accuracy of campaign timing and details, pricing, and all terms and conditions in advance of management signature, coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Production, Campaign Management and Finance to track that campaign commitments have been met Print Cost of Goods: partner with Controllership at month end to review pricing assumptions and review expenses for print campaigns including printing, paper and shipping charges to ensure accuracy and that all costs are accounted for, maintain P&Ls for all print campaigns Client Billing: coordinate with A/R team to review client invoices, ensuring invoices are issued based on negotiated terms and timing Participate in quick turnaround ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and accelerating growth Continually improve the Company’s financial management processes by implementing tighter controls: data integrity, process improvement & rigorous analysis Requirements BS/BA in Finance or Accounting Minimum 7 years finance/accounting/analysis experience Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS) Solid understanding of accounting processes and principles, particularly around revenue recognition Technical proficiency in working with various systems and data, experience with or functional knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plus Other Skills/Abilities Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide financial insights in a clear, concise manner Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills are essential #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Monitor
