The Study by Toast, located in Setauket-East Setauket, NY, is looking for a skilled and friendly Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista/Cashier, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the café area and equipment.
• Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers.
• Assisting with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for great coffee. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as barista or cashier.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
