Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, seeks a Reception Concierge to coordinate patient flow in the lobby of the Tacoma urgent care clinic. You will greet and register patients, keep the lobby orderly, and support opening and closing front-office procedures while delivering exceptional service over the phone.
