Workers' Compensation Attorney

Brock & Stout

Workers' Compensation Attorney

Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing team. This position may be based at any of our 13 office locations. Prior experience representing injured workers is preferred, but attorneys with strong litigation, negotiation, and client-advocacy experience are also encouraged to apply.

About the position: Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to represent individuals who have been injured in the course of their employment. This position may be based at any of Brock & Stout's 13 office locations, providing flexibility for qualified candidates throughout the firm's existing markets. The attorney will work directly with injured workers throughout the workers' compensation claims process, including evaluating claims, developing evidence, negotiating with employers and insurance carriers, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings when necessary. Prior experience representing workers' compensation claimants is preferred. However, we are also interested in attorneys with strong litigation, negotiation, and client-service skills who are interested in developing or expanding their practice in workers' compensation law. Our attorneys are supported by an experienced team of paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, and other professionals who assist with case development, medical records, client communication, scheduling, and administrative matters. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate who communicates well with clients, can effectively manage a caseload, and wants to build a long-term career with an established and growing law firm. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Location flexibility: This position may be based at any of Brock & Stout's 13 office locations. Applicants should identify their preferred Brock & Stout office location when applying. Individual location preferences will be taken into consideration when determining the best fit within the firm.

Our attorneys are supported by an experienced team of legal professionals, established systems and technology, and the resources of a growing law firm while maintaining the personal service and client relationships that have been central to Brock & Stout since its founding. Let Our Family Help Your Family.

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prior Workers' Compensation experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a resume along with information regarding their bar admission, relevant legal experience, and preferred Brock & Stout office location. Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
