Paraprofessionals work collaboratively with the teacher and complete tasks related to teaching, supervising, and completing tasks for the teachers. Job description: as a paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment. Hourly pay: $20.93+ (based on years of verified experience). Last day of school: 5/28/2027. Paraprofessional degree bonus/supplement: associate degree: $1,200.00 annual supplement. Bachelor's degree: $1,500.00 annual supplement. Master's or doctorate degree: $1,800.00 annual supplement.
