In - Person School - Based Physical Therapist

We are seeking an in-person Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year for a school district near Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' gross motor skills, functional mobility, and physical therapy needs in the educational setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student access to educational programs and environments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations related to physical therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy practices and educationally relevant therapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
