A person in this role assists with giving each customer a positive NAPA experience by listening for customers\' needs, preparing correct parts, and maintaining personal and store image. Duties Build good relationships with NAPA customers. Greet and serve all customers. Secure accurate parts and assist in resolving issues for customers. Maintain retail displays. Assist in receiving/stocking inventory. Previous retail sales experience preferred. GED preferred. Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated. Other Requirements Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift. Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds. Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
