Primary Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education- while working within a collaborative, team-based environment. What You\'ll Do: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions Provide primary care support across multiple specialties Perform in-scope procedures Collaborate closely with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordination of care Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in the state of Ohio Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care Strong communication and empathy skills-your ability to connect with patients matters as much as your clinical expertise Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care E-Clinical Works EMR experience a PLUS! 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
