Veronica Logan - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented person who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and seeing their effort turn into results.

You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone who is coachable, willing to learn, comfortable talking with people, and motivated by the opportunity to grow their skills and their income.

You'll receive leads, structured training, and ongoing coaching while also learning how to create opportunities through consistent follow-up, referrals, relationship building, and prospecting.

This is a results-oriented sales role. If you enjoy setting goals, tracking your progress, taking ownership of your results, and building something through your own consistent effort, this may be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Own

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Respond quickly and professionally to new leads
• Prospect and create new sales opportunities in addition to working assigned leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Prepare, present, and confidently ask for the business on insurance quotes.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and complete CRM follow-up activities on time.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for Auto, Home, Life, Health, and financial services conversations.
• Ask for referrals and build relationhsips that create future business.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, activity tracking, and ongoing professional development.
• Take ownership of your activity, pipeline, and production results.

Bilingual English / Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Insurance experience is helpful, but mindset, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important. Licensing is required for the position.

Compensation

$15-$17 / hour base pay plus performance-based commissions.

The posted compensation range includes commission earning potential. Base pay depends on licensing and experience, with $17 / hour available upon obtaining required licenses.
