Shift: Mon-Fri (8, 10, 12 hours) / Sat & Sun (12 or 16 hours)

Hours per Week: Flexible based on shifts

Employment Type: W-2 Full-time

Licensure/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist Licensure, CPR, BCLS, ACLS

Experience: Graduate of accredited anesthesia school; certification pending or current NBCRNA certification

Hourly Rate: $245 $310 (orientation rate up to 60%)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services in operating rooms, labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT procedures
• Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed team setting
• Care for patients across all age groups in a high-acuity Level 1 trauma environment
• Support emergency and scheduled procedures with a variety of surgical cases
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care

What You Need

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited anesthesia program (Master's or Doctorate)
• MN RN Anesthetist license or eligibility
• Certification in CPR, BCLS, ACLS
• Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility

Preferred:

• Previous anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
