Required Skills:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or relevant certification in pediatric therapy
• Proven experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced pediatric therapy modalities
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities in English and another language
• Certification in specialized pediatric therapy techniques or approaches

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric therapy experience
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work per the scheduled shift hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (09:00 - 17:30), Wednesday and Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
• Ability to travel to different therapy sites, if applicable
• Valid state licensure and certifications
• Ability to pass background check and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $56.95, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for travel and licensure when applicable.
